Account Executive

Are you motivated and willing to push yourself to achieve your goals? Are we speaking your lingo, yet? If so, you might be a great candidate for our team’s newest role, Account Executive.

In this outbound sales-focused role, your daily duties could include any of the following:

  • A high focus on customer service and external relationship building.
  • Hunting and developing lead lists through research to secure sales.
  • Support with developing an outbound sales strategy.
  • Support with fielding potential client phone calls and scheduling discovery meetings.
  • Negotiating to secure profitable sales volume and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving as issues arise.
  • Attend events and support the production of live social media content.
  • Collaborate with the account management on closed sale handoff to an active account.
  • Coordinate and gather assets from clients (as needed).
  • Communicate with clients, affiliate networks, and affiliate partners.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy and brand awareness campaigns for Array.
  • Brainstorming content and campaign ideas that drive results for clients (as needed).

Mandatory Skills:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience. You are comfortable presenting to a full boardroom or Zoom session.
  • An active presence across multiple social media platforms (aka digitally savvy).
  • Attentive listener. You love to jump on the phone to get to know folks!
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Must be a team player.
