Daily Responsibilities
- Participating in new client onboarding and support sales
- Assist in maintaining client satisfaction and promptly aid in resolving any concerns
- Assist with project discovery phase management, development and coordination of schedules, resource plans, and project tracking
- Proofing process management – communication with Leadership, Creative Director, Design & client
- Supporting internal team members with acquiring all necessary supportive materials from clients
- Support with Job Assignments to Design or Development, follow up on assigned jobs
- Timeline oversight & management with senior management on needs, concerns and scope changes on a project
- Attend meetings to take comprehensive minutes and professionally represent Array
- Manage multiple priorities ensuring all administrative deadlines and paperwork submission is complete
- Display effective communication with the Array team
- Speak confidently and knowledgeably on the status of the project administration
- Keep a positive attitude in all aspects of the work environment
- Manage multiple priorities, and be able to shift between priorities throughout the project completion
- Assist with managing financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Representing Array in the community and at various events
Mandatory Skills:
- 2-3 years of marketing agency experience, preferably in a Project Manager or Customer Service Role
- An active presence across multiple social media platforms (aka digitally and trend-savvy).
- Exceptional collaborator

- Confident meeting with clients face-to-face and answering phone calls
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and reliable
- Must be a team player
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Exposure to Meta Business Suite or Google Adwords
- Well-versed in MS Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Optional: Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications
Hours:
This position is part-time leading to full-time, Tuesday to Friday / 32+ hours per week. At this time, we are not considering applications from out of the country, and the ideal candidate is able to work part-time in our Nanaimo office, and part-time from home, remotely. We’re TWAT’s — Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office, Monday & Friday from home.
Compensation:
Negotiable based on skills and experience, however, entry-level skill set starts at $55,000 per year. A benefits package is available for employees after a probationary period. Additionally, we include a $500 per year health & wellness payment to help you take care of your personal well-being.
