Which characteristics make you well suited to your position?

I love getting to delve deep into a problem and really figure it out. My technical side gets me to take it apart, research and figure out how it works, see where the hiccups are, and ultimately plan on how to make it better. I’m always putting myself in others’ shoes, which lets me see things from multiple angles and keeps me focused on creating the right solutions for our clients, and our clients’ clients.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

The online world provides me a daily opportunity to challenge myself, use both my left and right brains, and to pursue my overpowering urge to continually improve my work. Each project requires fresh thinking, as no two organizations ever have exactly the same needs – I get to explore new business perspectives and new experiences on a daily basis. It definitely never gets boring around here!

What kind of clients do you like to work with?

I love what I do, so I like working with people who love what they do, too! Their enthusiasm is infectious – they strive to be great, so you want to give them something that’s great. I care A LOT about what I do, and always want to do the right thing.
