Northfield Dental Clinic is a family-first dental clinic owned and operated by business partners (and partners in marriage), Dr. Rebecca Booker and Dr. Aaron Cooper. When they decided to renovate their clinic space in 2021, they wanted to refresh their website to better align with their brand and attract new patients. Our digital marketing team put together a cohesive marketing strategy to help welcome new patients through their doors.

How Did We Help Them Out?

  • To successfully execute our digital marketing campaign, we needed to create a robust website that easily funneled new patients to information they needed. Our team of web designers and web developers overhauled Northfield Dental’s existing website to be responsive across all devices.
  • For the website refresh, our web designers established a custom colour palette inspired by their logo. Colours compliment the renovated interior to create a bright and spa-like feel. To help relay information, our graphic designers created custom iconography that offers users visual cues as they move through the website.
  • To keep the website engaging, our web developers programmed custom effects like animated hover states over buttons and forced horizontal scrolling to bring attention to prominent areas of the website.
  • With a new website in place, our digital marketing team took over social media management for Instagram and Facebook to help increase Northfield Dental Clinic’s following. We optimized both platforms with fun graphics like custom highlight icons and strategically posted content to stay front and center on feeds.
  • To drive traffic to the website, our digital marketing team launched a robust search ad campaign through Google, Instagram, and Facebook that targets potential patients searching for dentists, dental clinics, and common dental procedures. The website is monitored through Google Analytics and ad metrics to determine the overall success of the campaign so our team can adjust creative where necessary.
