Introducing Victoria’s first mass timber highrise

Tresah is a dynamic, first-of-its-kind mass timber condo development in Victoria, B.C. We were thrilled to once again work with Mike Geric Construction, a long-term partner of Array, to help market this exciting development. Starting with a custom website and expanding to a range of real estate marketing touchpoints, Array and the Tresah team collaborated to develop a multi-disciplinary brand strategy that would resonate with homebuyers, support their sales team, and introduce Vancouver Island to what is being regarded as the future of sustainable building construction.

Establishing a relatable brand and strategy

When Tresah approached us with this project, they had a visually appealing brand that wasn’t quite generating the leads they had hoped for. Our team needed to reassess and analyze their existing creative to hone in on the elements that aligned with their ideal client base. With a clear direction in mind, we developed a strategy to speak directly to the right people and draw prospective clients down the sales funnel. We began by designing printed touch points for their sales centre, event invites, and e-news communications to ensure ongoing exposure. And with a focus on generating leads, we created a conversation focused landing page with vibrant imagery and visually enticing calls-to-action designed to streamline the user experience, encourage newsletter sign-ups, and generate direct inquiries.

Surpassing registration goals

Tresah had set a goal for our team to achieve a high number of registrations in a short period of time. With a landing page set up and marketing collateral to support the sales team, we got to work on expanding their existing website with an established narrative tone, strong copy, and engaging content to reduce bounce rates. To generate homebuyer interest, we crafted a custom website with a user-friendly interface that would align with Tresah’s primary target market, along with a tailored sales funnel to keep prospects interested, educate new leads, and convert ready to purchase customers. The website features an elegant design that presents a luxurious and refined image with warm, soft colours and fonts.

As a result we knocked their registration goal out of the park by over 28 percent.

Digital marketing support for online sales

With the arrival of the pandemic, Tresah recognized the need to shift and focus the majority of their marketing efforts online. To help streamline this process and increase exposure to homeowners and investors across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, we created a real estate digital marketing strategy focused on increasing website traffic and conversions, newsletter registrations, and phone calls. This included SEO optimization, website updates and management, digital ads, and social media strategy and management. The end result increased productivity for the sales team that fully supported their efforts in establishing a strong profile for this new and exciting condo development.

Staying current and adaptable to changing trends

We continue to support Tresah by revisiting strategies and reevaluating our efforts on a monthly basis. This gives us an edge for knowing when to pivot on trends and where we can help improve sales. And we continue to provide a range of sales and marketing assets including: social media posts, magazine print ads, billboard and exterior signage, branded digital letterhead layouts, MailChimp email templates, and digital realtor packages. Our approach has proven time and again to achieve beneficial results and surpass expectations.
