How Did We Help Them Out?
- To kick off the project, our digital marketing team ran a Keyword Analysis to uncover which search terms prospective talent and clients would likely enter into search engines when looking for open positions or geotechnical engineering services. Our copywriters then used the finalized keyword list to optimize copy in headlines, page headings, metadata, and content across the website to improve search engine results.
- Based on briefing docs supplied to our team, our copywriters turned their attention towards developing a content marketing strategy to create an engaging narrative across the website. We focused on crafting and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent copy by writing in a brand voice that connects with t LEA’s clearly defined target audience.
- Our Nanaimo web design team used their award-winning graphic design skills to create an intuitive careers navigation and easy-to-use interface that’s responsive on both desktop and mobile. The unique approach puts focus on UX design, enhancing the overall experience users have while interacting with the website. To help create visual interest, our graphic designers created animated elements that mimic the core sample shapes traditionally used in geotechnical engineering.
- To help communicate information clearly and effectively, our graphic designers created custom icons and graphics used across the site. A branded map on the Where We Operate page visually showcases LEA’s areas of service for clients while custom iconography on the careers pages help communicate career benefits for prospective employees.
- Our web developers programmed key features including the ability to submit resumes through job postings, site search and tagging, a robust team page profiling key team members, and an interactive project page with category filtering. The site is custom developed on WordPress giving LEA the ability to manage all content and media in the backend.
