Skin Care West

Helping a busy skin care clinic streamline their process online.

Skin Care West is a local medical dermatology clinic on a mission to help patients feel good in the skin they’re in. As only one of two clinics on Vancouver Island taking referrals, they were fully booked and overwhelmed. To help reduce stress on their administration staff and ensure patients were well-prepared for their visit, they needed their website to be a go-to resource for services, products, and processes. They approached Array to redesign their layout and develop a website that would provide the extra support they needed.

How Did We Help Them Out?
  • Using their existing logo and colour palette, our graphic designers created visual accents to bring texture to their website. The end result is a modern look and layout that’s engaging and easy to navigate.
  • Our web development team built the site to reveal content on page load and animate when hovering over buttons. Content is organized and easy to find using intuitive navigation and interlinking between pages.
  • To help boost SEO, our copywriter and digital marketing team integrated keywords into headlines, meta descriptions, and body copy.
  • The website is responsive both on desktop and mobile devices.
