Service Name Status Details
Server DED / Vancouver, BC Operational Operational Our Canadian server was experiencing intermittent issues with connectivity for approximately 15 minutes on December 9th, 2025. The issue was discovered to be a cPanel update error, and has been rectified. All services are now running normally.
Server TEMPE / Arizona, USA Operational Operational All Services Running Normally.
Third Party Systems Operational Operational All Services Running Normally. Some clients are experiencing caching issues related to a recent migration to Cloudflare for DNS and CDN. Please report issues to [email protected] or call 250-619-9896.
