- Upon reviewing Edgewater’s existing brand and marketing goals for environmental design, our team of graphic designers and copywriters put together Brand Standards Documentation that would help them maintain a cohesive identity and target Edgewater’s desired demographic (retirees). Elements included an expansion of their existing colour palette, establishing typography for print and online applications, outlining key messages for the sales team, and developing a brand voice and tone for all written content.
- With brand guidelines in place, our graphic designers and copywriters got to work on creating eye-catching on-site signage that would help build brand awareness while Edgewater’s presentation center was under construction. Environmental design site signage included a four-by-eight foot billboard and fence wrap that would draw the attention of people walking or driving by.
- Partnering with the interior design group, IDG, our marketing agency mapped out environmental design for the entryway and wallspace of the presentation centre. We painted statement walls, designed wall-to-floor graphics, and created wayfinding systems that would take visitors on a visual and narrative journey. Displays included wall-to-floor pin mounted and decaled graphics that included floor plans, amenities, and a location map.
- In tandem with the environmental design graphics for the presentaiton centre, our graphic designers and copywriters got to work on a sales brochure that would double as a take-home folder for potential residents. Elements of the brochure included custom-iconography, a velum flap for added texture, and an engaging narrative tailored to the interests of the target demographic.
- To support the sales team, our graphic designers created branded business cards and a letterhead to ensure brand consistency at every touch point. Using the letterhead template, our designers created brochure inserts featuring floor plans, interior finishes and features, list of services, and fees that mirrored graphics in the environmental design.
- Our web developers programmed a responsive single-page website for mobile and desktop to help attract potential renters online and make registration easier.
