Akers Property Solutions connected with Array through a referral and was looking for a fast yet comprehensive solution for brand development, web design, and signage to launch their townhomes to market. How Did We Help Them Out?
- To kick off the brand development process, our design team created a colour palette that ties into the architecture and interior design of Fisher Landing townhomes. The colour palette features a diverse range of muted blues, green, and white to convey coastal style, security, tranquillity and simplicity.
- The logo is a modern, sophisticated wordmark that combines a delicate serif font for “Fisher Landing” with a wider sans-serif font for “Townhomes,” creating a sense of balance and harmony. A subtle line bridges the two elements, symbolizing a landing. The logo is timeless and down-to-earth, making it accessible to a broad audience.
- Brand guidelines were developed to ensure the Akers Property Solutions team can confidently apply their new logo and colour palette across a variety of platforms and materials.
- To connect with the right audiences and potential buyers, our copywriting team crafted engaging website content that highlights the quality and affordability of Fisher Landing townhomes. Strategic call-to-actions were included to encourage users to register and take the next step.
- The website serves as a one-page digital sales brochure, showcasing the benefits of living at Fisher Landing. It features downloadable branded floorplans designed by our team, an embedded virtual tour, home renderings, and a convenient registration form.
- A dynamic branded map allows users to filter and view the different amenities surrounding Fisher Landing townhomes.
- A scroll effect and illustrated icons add subtle visual interest to the site, enhancing engagement and creating a memorable virtual experience for visitors.
- To complete the project, our team designed eye-catching construction site signage tailored for both pre-sale and active sale phases. The signage included “Coming Soon” and “Now Selling” messaging, along with a website link for buyers to register and a price sticker.
