Introducing Victoria’s first mass timber highrise

Tresah is a dynamic, first-of-its-kind mass timber condo development in Victoria, BC. We were thrilled to once again work with Mike Geric Construction, a long-term partner of Array, to help market this exciting and brand new type of development. Starting with a custom website and expanding to a range of real estate marketing touchpoints, Array and the Tresah team collaborated to develop a multi-disciplinary brand strategy that would resonate with homebuyers, generate interest, and introduce Vancouver Island to what is being regarded as the future of sustainable building construction.

How Did We Help Them Out?
  • We designed a custom website that features an elegant design that presents a luxurious and refined image with warm, soft colours and fonts. With a focus on generating leads, we created a conversation focus landing page with vibrant imagery and visually enticing calls to action designed to streamline the user experience, encourage newsletter sign-ups, and generate direct inquiries.
  • Our web designers created custom iconography to help visually communicate building and home features. Our social media team repurposed these assets to help attract new home buyers across Instagram and Facebook.
  • To generate homebuyer interest, our real estate marketing agency crafted a user interface that would align with Tresah’s primary target market, along with a tailored sales funnel to keep prospects interested, educate new leads, and convert ready to purchase customers.
  • To increase exposure to homeowners and investors across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, we created a real estate digital marketing strategy focused on increasing website traffic & conversions, newsletter registrations, and phone calls. This included SEO optimization, website updates & management, digital ads, and social media strategy and management.
  • Expanding on the existing creative direction, we strategized, conceptualized and designed a range of sales and marketing assets, including – magazine print ads, billboard and exterior signage, branded digital letterhead layouts, MailChimp email templates, and digital realtor packages.
