Happy 2014! We hope everyone’s New Year is starting off as smoothly as it has around the Array office. We’ve all had fantastic holidays, and are eager to get our noses back to the grindstone, so to speak!

For our client Microthalassia, the New Year has also meant a new logo!

Microthalassia specialists are experts in identification and monitoring of marine phytoplankton – the very small things of the sea. The owner, Nicky, came to us looking for a more professional brand. When she started her business she designed her own logo, but as she became increasingly more accomplished she wanted a brand that would reflect that. She was hoping to keep the existing shape and feel but to have things polished up.

The resulting brand is modern and simplistic, and communicates the focal aspects of her business.
